Puerto Calero Accommodation

This accommodation is Chris and Garry's second home, situated on a luxurious development of recently built and well kept properties. An attractive two bedroom and two bathroom single story villa. The area is always quiet and very safe. The villa can sleep up to 4. The villa would be very comfortable and private accommodation for two people. It has two double bedrooms and therefore can sleep a larger number of people.

There is large freshwater communal pool surrounded by plenty of free sunbeds, a children's pool and a small kiddies playground.

There is internet access nearby as some restaurants/cafes in the marina offer free wireless internet access if you buy a drink there.

Our house boasts one of the largest plots and most attractive plots on this development and we have been told we have the most envious position! It certainly is the property with the most sun terraces, extensive mountain and sea views. Situated on the edge of the complex, you will find that our property has more outside space than other similar properties. Room to spread out properly if you are two couples or a family!

At the front of the house there is a pretty tropical garden with a large patio area. There are sunbeds, sun chairs, a patio table and four chairs here. The patio continues around to the side of the property, extending along the entire property, providing another very large patio area and a further garden area. Here there is a large wooden dining table, chairs and plenty of room for sunbeds.

Lastly, but certainly not least, there is a huge private roof terrace that extends across the entire villa.Access to the roof sun terrace is by an external staircase which can be used for a range of activities such as barbeques and other dining/entertainment opportunities as well as being an additional sun-trap for the daytime!

There is a large quality cast iron barbeque.

The particular position of our property provides the added advantage of having fabulous scenic views. Very few properties can rival the panoramic outlook from our villa! You can enjoy the views of the spectacular nearby volcanic mountains, the Puerto Calero marina, the beautiful blue sea and on a clear day, the neighbouring island of Fuertevenura.

The marina of Puerto Calero is a few minutes walk away. The marina itself displays a vast array of beautiful boats as well as splendid restaurants, a well stocked supermarket and designer shops.

This property offers an excellent standard of accommodation in the peaceful and luxurious setting of Puerto Calero which is fast becoming one of the world's select destinations.

Outside
The living areas outdoors at this property are extensive. The views to the front include a sea view and on a particularly clear day the island of Fuerteventura can be seen. At the side and rear of the property you have panaramic mountain views. Palm trees screen the entire side of the villa, providing ultimate privacy.

As well as the tiled front patio area, there is an extended patio also laid to tiles, running along the entire length of the villa, as well as a fully tiled roof terrace complete with sunbeds and table for your use.

You will find attractive gardens to the front and side of the property with a selection of Canarian tropical plants.

The views from the villa roof top are stunning - just the place to sip your sundowner!

All patio areas - up and downstairs - have lighting which can be adjusted to suit your eveningtime mood - soft background lighting for a romantic dinner, or fuller lighting to guide you back to the villa on your return from a night out at the marina!

Master Bedroom
A large, light and very airy room with windows and double french patio doors over look the terrace. Cool creams, white and browns adorn the walls and furnishings. The soft furnishings are of excellent quality, co-ordinate beautifully and have been chosen to ensure they create a perfect environment. A quality super-king bed provides a comfortable night's sleep to prepare you for the day ahead.

An spacious contemporary-styled en-suite provides an attractive fully tiled double walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.

There is a very large mirrored wardrobe (two doubles) with plenty of hanging space and shelving. In addition, there is another single mirrored wardrobe, ensuring you have masses of room to hang and store your holiday wardrobe. There are lots of hangers available for you to use too! There is a brown wicker drawer unit for you to store your nic-naks, jewellery and other little bits and pieces.

A hairdryer is available in this bedroom for your convenience.

Second Bedroom
This room has a fresh nautical feel with white and blue décor and quality soft furnishings, chosen to suit the theme. There is a new double bed and fluffy pillows and a duvet to ensure a good night's rest when you eventually get to bed! There is a single wardrobe with hanging and shelving storage, and plenty of hangers for your convenience. A white metal/glass shelving unit is handy for your toilettries and other incidentals, to enable you to keep them to hand.

A hairdryer is available for use in this bedroom.

Kitchen Diner
The dining area extends into the kitchen creating maximum living space for your stay and convenience.

The kitchen has everything you might want if you were planning a self-catering holiday - an oven, four hot plates, cooker hood, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is a large range of crockery items, cutlery, carving knife set, dinner plates, cups, mugs, serving plates, saucepans, frying pan, juicer, toasty maker, salad bowl and servers, coffee machine etc.

Lounge
The lounge has a large comfortable sofa and great space allowing you to relax of an evening.

The lounge are has a TV, should you have time to use it!

Main Bathroom
Larger than average bathroom, attractively tiled throughout.

There is a four-piece bathroom suite, with a large vanity unit and sink. The shower unit is over the bath, with a shower screen. We have installed a larger than average water tank to ensure that visitors to the house always have a plentiful supply of hot water for showers and washing.

We include plenty of towels for your use during your stay, rather than disturb you with a visit to the property to replace them. We also include bath/swimming towels for your use. No need to use up valuable suitable space with your own towels!
