This accommodation is an apartment of good proportion with one large bedroom.

Attractively decorated in a contemporary style with quality co-ordinating soft furnishings. Top quality furniture including a luxury leather sofa suite, soft furnishings, beautifully co-ordinated, fluffy bath towels, a Welcome Pack including complimentary toiletries, beach towels and other extras personally chosen by Chris and Garry, will provide the style and comfort you would want to experience whilst on holiday. Particularly luxurious very comfortable accommodation for a couple.

There is free wireless connection for those wishing to take their laptop on holiday to keep in touch.

Outside
Situated in an upmarket private complex in a quiet area close to the much busier main resort of Puerto del Carmen, called Matagorda.

Properties in this complex are used by their owners and generally only rented out for holiday stays to friends, family members and trusted associates of the owners. This ensures the complex remains selective and well maintained.

Stunning views across the island and out to sea from the complex due to its elevated position.

The complex is gated and locked at night with access only to guests of the complex.

The complex and apartment is suitable for wheelchairs.

Matagorda Bay has an attractive entrance and reception area with comfortable chairs, tables and also has internet access here through a static PC (small cost to use). Passing through this area takes you to the apartments, pool and terraces.

The vast Matagorda beaches and sea are just a few minutes walk away.

There are very spacious areas for sunbathing and relaxing and a plentiful supply of complimentary sunbeds around the patio and pool areas. There are attractively shaped solar-heated pools, including one for children.

Our apartment is close to the pool - set slightly to one side providing a little privacy from the pool 'action' and a little peace if you are sitting on the apartment’s patio having a quiet drink! An envious position indeed. In fact this apartment was particularly chosen by us as its position is superb!

Included in the apartment is patio furniture with cushions for you to use including relaxing sun chairs for you to use on the apartment's own
two patio areas. The patio of the property faces south, meaning for most of the year, from late morning until the sun goes down, it is sunny, sunny, sunny! Great for the day time and really important if you want to extend your day by winding-down with a drink on the patio during the early evening hours. In addition to the main accommodation and patio there is a second patio area bordered by a small low-walled garden. This is additional space that upper floor apartments do not have - This area is a real suntrap. The apartment has table and chairs for you to spend as much time as possible enjoying the outside atmosphere. Both patios overlook attractive garden areas of the main complex which are planted with tropical trees and plants and even a lemon tree.

The complex is very well maintained. This is reflected by active management to ensure a high quality environment at all times.

Bedroom
Very good sized bedroom with a comfortable, quality, king size bed and a large bathroom with double walk-in shower.

Kitchen Diner
The dining area is joined to the kitchen area.

In the dining area you will find good quality cherry-wood table and chairs and other occasional furniture you might expect. The attractive lounge has a coffee table, occasional units and a buttersoft leather suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual things you might expect, a microwave, cooker (electric hob - no oven facility), fridge, good quality crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, cafetaire and all the cooking utensils, crockery, glasses that you will need. This means if you wish to self-cater as an alternative to eating out in local restaurants you can do so in style.

Lounge
The lounge has just been upgraded to include a gorgeous leathersuite and co-ordinating soft furnishings. Other good quality cherry-wood occasional furniture makes this living room a comfortable area to relax.

The lounge is decorated in a cool and contemporary style, creams and whites adorn the walls and furnishings.

The lounge has a coffee table, sideboard and flat screen TV – if you have time to watch it! The flat screen TV in the lounge has free satelite TV and English stations including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4.

The lounge door opens out directly onto the patio, from which you can eat and drink or simply relax, whilst you view the pool and
garden areas of the complex.
