RENT IN LANZAROTE BOOKING DETAILS
Step 1:
Choose the property you would like to book with us, contact us for a booking form. (Completion of the booking form and returning it to us is automatic acceptance by you of our booking conditions below)
Step 2:
Return the form to us
by email attachment to rentinlanzarote@creativemarketing.fsnet.co.uk
or by fax to 01604 676022
or post to 5 Maida Close, Wootton, Northampton NN4 6RE
Step 3:
You will be contacted within 24 hours when we will confirm your booking, final balance details and when your Property Pack including keys, will be delivered to you.
NB Your deposit payment of 50% will be due when we confirm your accommodation booking. This desposit is non returnable. The deposit is deducted from your total balance due.
Your booking will be held for 3 days to allow for your deposit payment to be received. See booking conditions below.
All bookings of less than 12 weeks will require payment in full upon confirmation of your accommodation by us.
Step 4:
We will remind you when your final balance is due and on receipt of full settlement we will send out your ReninLanzarote Property Pack. This will include full instructions about the property, address and directions, handy information about the area and the property keys.
Step 5:
All you need to do is go on your holiday and have a great time!
Step 6:
When you return back home we require you to return the keys and property pack to us in the envelope provided by us and complete our questionnaire which will help us make your holiday even better next time.
Step 7:
Congratulations!
You have now become a ‘Mate’ of Rentinlanzarote.co.uk. You are now eligible for discounted rates for the future at any of our properties when you rebook. There is also a further ‘Fast Tracker’ discount if you rebook within one month of your return.

Completing and returning the booking form confirms that you agree to the booking conditions. These are:
*You are booking accommodation only.
*50% deposit paid on reservation is non-returnable.
*The booking is non-transferrable and non-refundable in all circumstances including distruption by volcanic ash, weather conditions and personal circumstances. We strongly advise that you arrange travel insurance.
*You are responsible for your own travel insurance.
*
No single sex bookings are accepted without prior arrangement.
* The owners of the property are not liable for any personal injury or loss or damage your belongings during your stay.
*Whilst Wifi is usually readily available to our guests at Matagorda Bay we cannot be held responsible if there is a loss of connectivity during your stay.
*Any breakages, loss or damage to the property or its contents during your stay will be chargeable to you.
*Our properties have a non-smoking policy.
